I have a smartlock in which I can send access to if additional guests require access. ➤Fobs: You can get a digital fob from the building office on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Just download the \`Conekt wallet\` app and pay a one-time fee of $10 for your entire stay. I will Refund that fee ➤ We provide 12 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel. ➤Parking: Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around. ➤Luggage Assistance: Arriving early or just wanting to explore without your bags? You can leave your luggage at the front desk between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. for only $5 per item. Here to help whenever and wherever! <3 Brickell is the city\`s financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf \`n\` turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site. Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation are accessible around the area. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station. You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance. ➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. ➤ We both need to sign and submit a short-term lease form for guest registration. This form includes your arrival and departure dates, the lead traveler\`s name, the primary guest\`s photo ID, and confirmation of agreement with the building rules. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept.
