Welcome to spectacular ocean and bay views from the one bedroom unit (as well as a Murphy bed) with large, private terrace. It has one assigned garage parking spot, as well as valet service available. The Unit also receives two beach lounge chairs and one umbrella from Esteban’s Place at no cost, which includes restaurant service available for purchase from neighboring hotel. The Unit has a washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Walking distance to all amenities and night life. Building application, approval, and deposit required.
