This new smart residence building is located on Biscayne Boulevard within walking distance to the best places in Downtown Miami, 5 minutes away from the Kaseya Center and Bayside Market Place, bars, restaurants and so much more. This condo of 665 sq ft with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, and resort-like amenities, is spacious, stylish, and well equipped for a couples getaway or a friends and family trip. The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need including top-of-the-line appliances such as a glass top stove, oven, toaster, a Nesspreso and dripping coffeemaker, cooking pots, and utensils. The living room has a comfortable full-size sofa bed along with a Smart TV, which leads into the dining area that has a table and six chairs, with access to the balcony with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay where you can sit back and enjoy amazing sunsets!!! The master bedroom includes 1 king-size bed, 1 full bath, a TV, a closet, and direct access to the balcony. Inside you'll find bath and hand towels, washcloths, fresh linens and additional linens for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries. \- Upon your arrival go to the front desk present your ID (To check in you have to be 21+), and tell them your unit number so they can confirm your registration and check you in. – The daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 + taxes (Total $66.67) is already included in your nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee.
