The views are spectacular , in most of the units because of the size and positioning of the building, but whomever approved the structure didnt consider people, there are only 2 elevators for this huge building (yes, including cleaning staff, there is no service elevator) , so wait times are 15- 30 mins to get down if you are on 25th floor. pool as well is tiny with about 15 chairs, considering beach is within walking distance this is not a huge issue. but elevator is.

The bathrooms were clean and up to date. Shower was enjoyable. Bed seemed to be turned an odd direction which made it difficult to walk into the room. My partner is blind, so turning sideways to squeeze between the bed and corner of the wall was problematic. Thin walls -- neighbors TV was so loud we had to turn on music. BUT, the view was spectacular. The halls and common areas were well kept and I felt safer than I do at a Marriott/Hilton bcz of the paid-parking, which is important.

Cigarettes holes on the patio furniture. The bathrooms did not have wash clothes. My room was extremely small and looked nothing like the picture. It felt like I was in a cabin on a cruise ship. I booked a superior room and it looked like I was downgraded into a regular double bed room. I'm not pleased at all. Front desk and valet staff was extremely helpful.
