We were a a building far from the check in building and far from any amenities. This was not highlighted in the booking app. No staff onsite of the building we were staying at. Phoning the receptionist was in vain as no one ever picked up the phone. You either walk 15 to 20 minutes or take a uber to the chick in building for any assistance. Like I said earlier the room was nice and clean.
