No ocean view Beach and pool access is through the corridor inside building. Laundry facility available in common corridor. 3 Guests max Room is 200 sq ft Self Check In 3.00 pm or after Check Out 11.00 am or before Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using a photo of the private beach pass poster ( poster located in unit ) provided with your stay. Lobby door ( glass doors ) unlock with a code See check-in instructions. The back beach-gate to and from beach unlocks with a keypad passcode. See check-in instructions. We do have a place ( In the same condo building ) to store your bags and personal belongings before check in and after check out if there is a need. South of 5th on Ocean Drive in South Beach is one of the best areas in Miami. Quiet and lush with greenery situated on the 9 mile Beach Walk but CLOSE to the best restaurants and Miami night life, also close to South Pointe Pier and South Pointe Park and Miami Beach Marina, condo building is situated beachfront on South Pointe Beach which is one of the most beautiful stretch of Miami Beach and South Beach. Walking friendly neighborhood to restaurants shopping attractions and beach. Restaurants within walking distance :- Smith and Wollensky, Joes Stone Crab, Carbones, FogoDeChao, Local House, Cafe Bastille, Santorini By Georgios, Lobster House, Big Pink etc. City bike rentals next to the building.
