Best neighborhood, South of Fifth Street (SOFI). One single apartment about 100 feet away sold for $30 million not long ago. This is a quiet neighborhood directly on the ocean, very close to great restaurants, shopping, parks, a large supermarket, night clubs etc. This apartment doesn't offer any view to speak of, but the views and lifestyle are spectacular as soon as you walk out the door! Only 2 blocks to world famous Ocean Drive Deco District restaurants and tourism spots.
