PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION LISTED IN DESCRIPTION …… Directly on the beautiful beaches of Hollywood Florida and right at the corner of Hallandale Beach boulevard this gorgeous 1 Bedroom + 1 Bath condo offers you stunning Beachfront and OceanViews right from your balcony. With Porcelain tiled floors in kitchen, bathroom , bedroom and main living area, this 900 sq.foot condo offers a very comfortable home away from home stay for your future vacation plans. New furnishings purchased in April 2024 provide our guests with a leather Queen sleeper sofa and swivel chair in the living-room and new kitchen stainless steel refrigerator (2024), SS dishwasher (2024) and stove vent hood in the kitchen. Main Bedroom provides 2 Queen size beds with clean fresh professionally laundered bed linens and duvet with every new guest. Beach chairs (4) , Beach Umbrella (1) and beach towels (4) are provided courtesy by the owners. You will find A 50-inch screen Smart TV in the living room + 32-inch screen television in the bedroom, DVD player, and mini stereo system . WIFi is free and user name and password is provided once guest are booked. The Condo complex offers access to amazing amenities such as a Game Room, Theatre Room, Fitness Centre, Business centre, Outdoor heated Pool and an onsite Convenience store and Bistro providing warm lunches with delivery to you by the pool and beach. Please be advised that this a non-smoking unit and we do not accept Pets (big or small). Also included is, central A/C, Free WIFI connectivity, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels and Beach chairs. This unit has all the amenities required to make your stay enjoyable. This condo is only 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 35 minutes from Miami International Airport, 30 minutes from South Beach and 15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale's Las Olas Blvd . You can also find close by the famous GulfStream Horsetrack and Casino featuring designer shops and dining. Many more restaurants and shopping are in walking distance from the condo complex up on Hallandale Beach boulevard. You can also take a very short drive to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour shops for lots more shopping and dining options ! It was great to walk out the door to the nice heated pool or a few more steps to the sandy beach. The unit provides nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella.The pictures are accurate of the unit itself. As noted in the description, you have to buy a parking pass (no street parking) and purchase a fob to get in and out anywhere (additional fees when you get there). Communication with the owners is excellent. It’s a short drive to the Boardwalk, just keep in mind parking is 3-5/hr. I gave this a 4 star review because the buildings themselves are older and can use some updating, and an elevator was out of order for most of our stay. ##### Anne W. The hosts were fantastic to work with—they graciously allowed us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the view was absolutely gorgeous, which we really appreciated.However, a few aspects of the stay fell short of expectations for a family trip. The 9:30 AM checkout time was a bit inconvenient, especially since there was no option to store our luggage until our afternoon flight. The pool was particularly disappointing. My son loves tossing a football in the pool, but even with only seven other people present on a colder day, we were not allowed to play. The next day was sunny and perfect for swimming, but unfortunately, the pool was shut down early at 5:30 PM for maintenance, cutting short our enjoyment.Overall, while the property itself was clean and the hosts were accommodating, the pool policies and lack of luggage storage made it less family-friendly. ##### Sheepskin L. The condo was immaculate with newer kitchen appliances and everything you need to.cook your own meals . Check in and check out are a pain as you have to buy key fobs and parking. Security is excellent. The pool is heated and the beach is just a few steps away. Pool was nice and clean. Beach was amazing. The only negative is the condo check in process is not well organized and confusing being required to check in at 3 different areas although this is the condo property's management process, not related to the individual condo listing.
