No pets allowed Set directly on the beach. No ocean view Beach and pool access is through the corridor inside building 5 Guests max Condo is 440 sq ft Check In 3.00 pm Check Out 11.00 am Beachfront Condo 5 guests max. on Ocean Drive, South of 5th South Pointe, Free Parking, Beach Backyard to the Atlantic Ocean and 9 Mile Beach Promenade. Walking and cycling friendly. Vintage South Beach Serene, cozy, 440 square feet 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. 2 queen beds and an additional queen size sofa bed. We provide body wash, shampoo, towels, wash cloths, beach towels, paper towels and toilet paper, complimentary coffee, wifi and cable tv. All towels, sheets and pillow cases are 100 cotton 400 thread count. Complimentary parking for the duration of your stay and 1 beach pass for 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella at beach kiosk right on the beach. Washer and dryers available in the common corridor. Set directly on the beach on Ocean Drive, this unit has no ocean view. The backyard has a shared swimming pool and it faces the beach. Access to the pool and beach is through the common corridor of the AirBB unit. Check in anytime after 3.00pm 24/7 We don’t allow pets. We were not able to find another place for our first evening as it was too late, but we did for the second evening of our stay. We had to stay one night. My wife woke up not feeling well. We notified the host as well as VRBO and were told no refund would be given. We are contesting that. Unless the host corrects the mold, or whatever issue there is, regarding the odor, I would recommend not staying at this condo. The host did indicate she was going to have maintenance look into it. We have stayed an at many VRBO and other rentals of that type, and have never had a problem like this. ##### Peter S.
