In the living area, a vivid orange mural and a graphic print area rug add exciting energy to the cozy space. A charcoal gray sofa faces the huge flatscreen television create the perfect spot to watch a great movie or catch up on your favorite TV show. A whimsical foosball coffee table adds a playful style. Throughout the entire apartment are gorgeous, gleaming Carrera marble floor tiles. The kitchen is open to the living area and features clean, white shaker cabinets and sleek quartz countertops. The sparkling stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a range. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need— from the toaster to the coffee maker— to prepare meals and snacks with ease. A glass-top dining table has seating for six people. Tucked into the corner is a convenient utility closet with a stackable washer and dryer. Each of the two bedrooms provides a quiet, serene space to rest and recharge, protected from outdoor noise by state of the art hurricane impact windows. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside. Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle. The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it. Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages. Cleanliness: This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it. We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500. Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. You are close to a lot of great neighborhoods Miami has to offer, and the apartment itself is clean and well stocked! The beds were comfy, the bathroom was nice. The parking was a plus as well! The apartment is really confortable, perfect size, everything was really clean, well stock for all you need during your stay. Big enough for 2 couples comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen. Brand new appliances. HAving a washer and dryer in place is a plus! Could not ask for more. Well locate, easy access to major highway and close to everything, retail, supermarkets, ship and delivery offices. The only thing I would suggest will be to improve the bathroom with hooks and racks to place towels and toiletries in the shower. But other than that everything was Great!
