Sadly the manager never informed us of this and we were quite confused when we got there and found it closed and had to pay $60 in parking at other lots. Also I wasn't informed that the key that was in a storage box in that lot would not be there, so I spent half an hour trying to get into the lot to get the door key. No form of compensation was offered to offset the extra parking fees. I am sure once the parking situation is fixed that the rental would be 5 star ##### Joe C.
