This brand-new building features luxurious, air-conditioned units with fully equipped kitchens fitted with premium Bosch appliances, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and access to a private terrace. Guests enjoy full access to hotel-style amenities, combining the comfort of a home with the service of a high-end resort all in a prime, walkable location. PROPERTY OVERVIEW This apartment is a Residence Unit located within the same complex as the hotel but is privately owned and independently managed. It is not owned, operated, endorsed, or affiliated with the hotel. As such, certain hotel services — including room service, daily housekeeping, laundry/dry cleaning, and engineering — are not available for residence guests.
