Very well-appointed unit/kitchen and laid out 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with balcony which feels and functions larger than its approx 1400 sq ft. The layout allows privacy, which was really nice for being able to work from the unit. Betsy was a responsive host. There's is a nice updated pool and outdoor grill area. The community has a number of repeat renters which says a great deal about how well things are run. We enjoyed Aventura very much - ocean beach access requires a car or a ride as Lehman causeway does not allow pedestrians. ##### Ken C.
