Maximum Occupancy- The maximum number of guests on the property (at any time during your stay) is limited to the number in your reservation.  
  
Guests must not create excessive Noise / Music that disturbs neighbors; Any noise that crosses the property line and enters into the neighbor’s space is considered excessive noise. If we receive a call of excessively loud music, you may be asked to leave the property.  
  
The person making the booking must be older than 18.  
  
\*We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.  
  
Any Violation of above set rules could results in the immediate cancellation of the stay, a request to vacate the property and loss of your deposit.
