Only issues we had was it took too long to get hot water for our showers. Numerous outlets did not work and the pool was not able to be used for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of our stay when we just got there on Thursday. Charges were not described at purchase but instead extra charges were made aware after the purchase was made and in a message. ##### Andrea M. My family and I loved everything about the property. It served as a great backdrop to a quick getaway to clear our minds and kinda focus on us and re-center as a family due to losing my father a few weeks prior. The actual unit itself was amazing with a beautiful view of the beach and surrounding properties. The bedrooms were great accomondations for myself, wife and two sons. The livingroom was a unique and tastefull designed and very spacious. We didn"t feel like we were on top of each other. We did have an issue with one of the closet doors in the bedroom. Management was contacted and the issue was addressed promptly. Kudos to their customer service. The communication was great, location was awesome. 5 stars all across the board!!. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the breathtaking view from the unit - it truly took my breath away. I felt like I was living in a postcard! The unit itself was simply wonderful. It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Of course, one of the things that I appreciated most about my stay was the exceptional cleanliness of the unit. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home.
