We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability . Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. Oct 23, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy This was the absolute worst vrbo I have ever stayed at and I needed to share my experience. From the minute you get there, the check in staff is very unfriendly and not bothered by your concerns. We got to the apartment which was not properly cleaned and there was no toilet paper. Seriously? No toilet paper. The front desk told us to walk down the street to find some. Overall this apartment should not be listed on this site.
