We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability . Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites. Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Condo ouach ! Tres bruyants si votre condo est au bord de la rue ! Très difficile de dormir ! Propreté douteuse du condo, serviettes tachées,poils, etc. Cuisine dans laquelle il manque beaucoup de matériaux de base. Condo itself has like 6 glasses, 7 plates, and some silverware. Literally no other kitchen supplies. We had four guests and were provided 5 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel. We asked for more towels and were told no, we could only exchange what we already had. No hair dryers. Staff was responsive when we had a smoke alarm battery start beeping in the evening hours. Restaurant on the property was very good. Only two beach chairs provided per room regardless of occupancy and they collect them at 4pm. To have them store luggage before or after check in is 5/bag. The pool is not heated and on the small side. Ocean is literally steps away. This is dirtiest place I have stayed at. The reviews don’t lie, there are cockroaches, mold, dirt inside the malfunctioning drawers and stains everywhere. Someone vomited in front of the elevator and the vomit stayed there for at least 3 days, we checked out today and it was still there. The parking garage was flooded. The towels had holes and stains in there. The kitchen is one of the most unkept unprepared kitchens i have ever been in. (No dish towels,tee towels, one small pot , measuring spoons or measuring cups.no dish liquid no dishwasher deergent. Missed matched dishes and flatware. We made do but seem to me if you are going to purchase a condo at least supply it with the necessities needed.The internet and cable were hit and miss , i used my own hot spot. Séjour de 5 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Tito V. 29 juin 2025 Points faibles : Propreté #### Not a great experience When my friend got injured on the property it's like we were treated differently after he fractured his knee cap on the property for not putting up wet floor signs and so after it seemed like the manager was not happy overall not great plus the place was not how it looked in the pictures but I don't have pictures of my stay because it was bad and not clean there sofa was damaged it was just overall ugly plus the people staying upstairs were very noisy it was a problem for my daughter to sleep cause of the noise even though I did not complain ##### Tito V. Amenities were minimal (no dish soap, coffee filters, paper towels, etc.), towels were small and worn, extra charge for beach umbrella and chairs. Parking on site but at an additional charge. The unit was clean and staff friendly. Drawers in dresser in master were broken, so you open the top drawer and all of them open. Good location, nice view.
