Dec 22, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in The check-in process was difficult - several telephone calls/texts, then we had to meet a stranger on the street to give us a keyfob - was not a good experience. Then, the checkout procedure is just as bad - you have leave the key in the light outside the front door, but you cannot operate the elevators without the key - and from the 20th floor, that's not convenient - especially if you parked a vehicle in parking garage - which was another pain point. The keyfob never functioned properly to open the parking garage gate, leaving us scrambling to try and park every time we returned to the apartment. Was difficult and inconvenient to rent this location. ##### John B. Stayed 1 night in Dec 2025 Verified ### 4/10 Poor #### Kara Feb 22, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication Check in was at 3pm and we showed up, at 3:30 with not much but a small sign with a code, to check in. I got a generic text wanting my reservation # and name. During this time I got a text “how are you” from the person who I spoke with about a week prior. He wanted us to go next door to some Chinese restaurant and eat because the room wasn’t ready, and they needed an hour. I explained the level of baggage we had. After a lot of texting, he said we could meet a security guard to bring us up to the room to drop off our luggage. No security guard came, but we found someone who was staying there to let us up. We received a fob to get to the pool that we basically could only look at, while we were over dressed since we just came from Massachusetts, which was 4 degrees out. We come back, it’s now 4:55pm. They wanted 10 more minutes. I guess the people before us stayed over their time and somehow we paid the price. We had been traveling since 7:30am, we never got to use the pool, we never got to really relax, and all that was offered to us was a full refund if we canceled. Mean while we had no car, a ton of luggage still in the room, while we sat on a couch in the lobby. It was 530pm by the time we got into the room. 2 of the windows were stuck open, which was uncomfortable at 60degrees at night. The beds are only a full size which isn’t ideal and I wish I knew.
