This stylish 2BR retreat blends Art Deco charm with modern comfort, just steps from the beach, dining, and nightlife. Enjoy a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and beach chairs for your convenience. Perfect for families or friends seeking the ultimate Miami Beach escape in one of South Beach’s most famous landmarks. ATTENTION: Max capacity is 4 adults + 2 children under 16\. No exceptions this policy is enforced by the front desk. Must be 21+ to book. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee. (1) This building strictly enforces an occupancy limit of 2 people per bedroom. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in this unit is 4 adults + 2 children under the age of 16\. All guests must be disclosed to host before check-in and registered at the front desk. (2) All visitors of guests must check in with their ID with the front-desk prior to entering the property. (3) No loud noise on the property between the hours of 9pm-9am. (4) All guests must enter and exit the property through the front/restaurant entrance or courtyard. Entrance and exit through the back stair case and alley is strictly prohibited.
