It was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. - Everything we wanted was within walking distance. - Security at the building and pool was very evident but not offensively present. We felt very safe. The downsides: There were "noisy pipes" that were very loud for about 15 seconds after someone showered or used the bathroom. It sounded like a ship's horn. It was tolerable for the short time it happened but it was noticeable.- There is an area at the pool reserved for owners. In the week of our stay we saw a handful of people who were allowed to sit there. It would seem that since we were renting the owner's condo, we would be afforded the owner's space. We weren't taking up any more space than if the owners were there. It seems a terrible use of the space when sometimes you couldn't find a chair in the other spaces and "owner's only" chairs were mostly unused. - Drinks at the pool were insanely priced plus an 8 service charge. Reasonable prices would create more sales volume. - The worst part of our stay was the wait for the elevator. Average wait time for us in the main part of the day, was 20 minutes. Not enough elevators. A couple of times we took the stairs to go down but it was too many flights to go up. Unfortunately, this issue will prevent us from booking here again. ##### Carla S.
