Great neighborhood of North Beach in Miami Beach, known for its family-friendly atmosphere and more relaxed pace compared to South Beach.

Step into your comfortable home away from home! This cozy 458 sq ft (43 sqm) 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is ideal for families or small groups of up to 4 guests. Being on the first floor means easy access for all.  
  
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, from a full electric range and oven to a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and kettle. You'll find all the cookware and utensils you could ask for, plus little extras like a beach umbrella for your outings.  
  
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, two cable TVs, and a Smart TV. We also provide an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for your convenience.

#### The house should be better maintained

Few pots kept very badly, we had to buy them. Few and only large dishes, unusable toaster, dirty oven, TV in the living room with non-functioning channels, non-adjustable Venetian blinds. A neglected house, good for a very few days.

Muy limpio, ordenado y con lo necesario para cocinar. Cerca de todo, supermercados, farmacias y sobretodo de la playa. Excelente cama, grande y cómoda. Muy buena comunicación con los administradores del departamento para ingreso y salida del mismo. Muy buen alojamiento. Recomendado 100%
