You will be staying in a spacious and bright 3-room apartment that measures 60 square meters and is located on the first floor. The apartment has been partly renovated in 2024 and features simple and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room area is equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a TV. There is also an exit leading to the balcony from this area. Additionally, the apartment has one double bedroom and another room with two beds.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment's kitchen is located in the entrance area and comes equipped with four induction hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. There is also a shower/bidet/WC combination in the apartment. Heating is available, but it is only operational from September 30th to April 30th. Outside, you will find a balcony and a sitting area, both offering beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside. Other amenities included are an iron, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. The property also provides garage space number 13, which can accommodate one car.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a fire extinguisher is available on site. However, there is no elevator in the building. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of six people and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is important to mention that the property allows a maximum of two pets, which could be ideal for your vacation.
