Comfortable two-bedroom apartment, each with a queen-size bed, plus a single sofa bed in the common area—perfect for small groups or families. The medium-sized bathroom is functional, and the living area includes a TV and a small outdoor patio with a dining table, ideal for enjoying the mild weather.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishware for four, and basic cooking utensils—everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the loft and private patio. The building offers a private entrance for added privacy. Professional cleaning is included before check-in.

After 22hrs loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level
