Breakfast is NOT what you would expect
Location is wonderful but this hotel should not state it includes “continental breakfast”. The staff who prepares the food (just one person) seems to be in hurry and literally took my dish out of the table. I did not finish the fruit ( a bowl of melon and papaya which are dry and not fresh) and she took it. I was given two toasts that are burned and when I barely finished one she took the other, too! Why in such a hurry? I almost wonder if the hotel recycle them?!?!? After the first day, I did not return for the breakfast. It is too bad because I would not have chosen this hotel at the price if the breakfast were not included.

When I booked, it say my room had fridge and microwave, not true. The coffee maker didn't work, the blow dryer didn't work. The property offered washer and dryer, I washed my clothes and the dryer didn't work. I had 2 loads of wet clothes and a plane to catch early the next day, didn't sleep making sure it got dried with a heater they offered.

There was plenty of room with a kitchenette, desk, and bedroom, but the staff at this hotel make it truly a pleasure to stay there. They made sure I had a taxi when I needed it and the same driver stayed with me throughout my stay. It was an amazing experience.

Pros - spacious room - comfortable bed - nice staff - hot water Cons - windows are opaque - you can’t see out the windows so the room is ALWAYS dark - AC was broken the entire time - elevator outside the room was loud, couldn’t close my door because of broken AC - reserved a queen room and got a double - free breakfast was not good at all (minimal options which is ok! But they tasted bad) I got a good deal on this place, but if I paid regular price I would have been really upset. I’ve stayed in other hotels around here for the same price that were way better. No way I’d stay here again

Excelente estadía, ubicación perfecta para mi trámite en embajada americana (5 mins caminando). Restaurantes y groceries cerca. Zona muy segura. Todo el staff del hotel súper atento y colaborador. Recomendado ampliamente !

I got probably the worst room right behind the front desk a next to the elevator shaft. Noisy at night and early morning. Staff were very friendly and the place is very clean and well maintained

Es la segunda a vez que nos hospedamos en el hotel, me gusta mucho que es un hotel chico sin mucho flujo de huéspedes, está muy cerca de todo, muy limpio, el personal súper amable, en la recepción Mariana muy atenta y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, el desayuno delicioso, mucha gracias a Lety y otras chicas también muy amable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

After coming to this hotel because the first hotel we stayed at was TERRIBLE it was nice to feel welcomed and we had a very enjoyable experience . Staff was kind , location was great , and the room was very clean. Even though our AC kept breaking we didn’t mind . Definitely would recommend and would come back

The location is perfect. Two blocks from the Angel, half of block from the top barrio Rio Lerma. Even that it belongs to Wyndham chain, it looks like a boutique hotel, inside and out. Staff is more than friendly and ready to help with everything. Breakfast is served and is pretty varied. The only downside is the paid off-site parking. Everything else is almost perfect

Great hotel. No view
great location, great rooftop patio, great services. I just wish the listing is a bit more clear that many of the rooms, especially on the ground floor don't have external-facing windows. they are small windows that either open into the light shaft or don't open at all. So you literally don't get any natural light or view outside of your room

You Want to Stay Here!
Sent family to the Wyndham and they LOVED it. The area is so nice, breakfast is included, but most importantly, the staff is wonderful. Mariana was especially helpful in making sure my family was taken care of (they're a bit older) and quick to answer my questions too. I can't wait to go to Mexico myself and stay at this great little hotel in the heart of Mexico City.
