Featuring a platform tatami king bedroom with well appointed built ins, this apartment is brand new. Filtered water outlets, an aqua bliss filter on the shower, an ozonator and 20 liter spring water dispenser, highlight the apartment’s care and attention to the importance of fresh, clean water. Eco cleaning products with zero waste in mind. Meticulous cleaning service. Daily cleaning can be requested. Wood finishing and tiled flooring accentuated by antique rugs and artisan mirrors. Plants abound including lavender, kumquat and lemon balm. The apartment is both cozy and expansive. The deck is stunning. Emilio Donde is a heritage building from the 18th century , carrying the regal history of Mexico City. A beautiful French cafe is located on its ground floor along with a bookstore, mezcaleria and artisan pop up store. The building is situated across the road from Cuidadela park with live music and salsa dancing on weekend. This is a great walking location to all museums, the Palacio de Belles Artes, Alameda, Centro Historico and 100 metres from the Mercado Artesenal and the Mercado San Juan food markets.
