Lovely comfortable room and a lovely roof terrace to enjoy a morning coffee. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby and very nice neighbourhood to take a stroll. Highly recommended. The walls and bathroom fixtures were stained due to age and use. The location is great if you don't have to be close to the center of the city, located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods full of colonial homes, expensive restaurants and shops. There are also plenty of street food vendors, neighborhood (cheap) restaurants, market and even a wonderful flower market.The National University campus, with its iconic murals, is within walking distance and so is the main street that traverses the city from North to South (Insurgentes). The owner and manager of the building are approachable and informative. They allowed us to use the terrace until late in the afternoon while we waited for a suitable time to go to the airport. A very nice neighbourhood to walk around and has a lovely atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the roof terrace is a great place to start your day with a coffee. Rooms are basic but clean and overall this offers very good value for money.
