Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10\. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical whatsoever. And again the noise was too unbearable. We had an exceptional experience with their service and comfort. It is situated on one of the most beautiful streets in Coyoacan, Francisco Sosa. The 18-minute walk to “la plaza de Coyoacan” didn't bother us at all. We really loved it because it was surrounded by charming little shops and restaurants. Ms. Ana and her staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We felt safe all the time.
