The location was excellent for restaurants, bars, shops and character though much of the character is in the blocks behind the building. The air outside was cool at night and there is no air conditioning. We were comfortable with open widows, but you will hear every song in the bars, every dog, and many conversations until late into the night. The apt was clean and as shown.
