This hotel is marginally clean. The staff were impolite. The hall has a moldy smell. The air conditioning in my room did not work.

Very good value for money, staff are very helpful and friendly. A special mention to the breakfast staff Sergio y Enrique who are providing a fantastic service with lots of smiles and humour.

The room is not precisely big, but has everything one needs and looks just like the pictures. It all seems new, it all works, it's very clean and conveniently located.

The property was located in a convenient location near public transportation and many dining options. However the property is very small, no common area to relax in to eat food outside tour room. We had to switch rooms two time due to the first electrical issue in shower with the light then no a/c in the new room they gave us. The room were tiny i mean tiny the toilet area felt like a small closet, the shower was barley big enough the fit an adult comfortably. You could only use the shower wand if not, the shower leaks onto the floor. The only bright spot was the staff friendly and accommodating . Would not recommend for a vacation hotel.

Rooms are super SMALL! There were no shelves in the shower to set any personal products when showering. The trash cans were so tiny they could only hold a pop can. Lighting was super dim--challenge when doing make up & hair. The hotel had no area to hang out in if you didn't want to be in your room. Overall, disappointed
