I really loved the layout of the hotel, the size of my room and the comfy bed. The roof top deck was really nice as well. My only complaint was the shower water was not warm or hot. I did enjoy a very hot jacuzzi though, so there’s definitely hot water on site, just not in the rooms? My Mom needed especial care so the staff went above and beyond to help us with the wheelchair. The breakfast was simple but nice, exactly what is needed to start your day in the City. The reception staff always friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and suitable for any needs. We had many doctors appointments for my mom. JTowers is very well located in the city. We reached all hospitals very fast. The front desk staff was friendly and patient 2\. The room was spacious Bad: 1.The bathroom window handle was broken, and it was tied with a piece of wire and could not be closed tightly. The room temperature was low, and the hot water was not warm so it was cold when taking a shower. Turning on the air conditioner did not help much. 2.On the second night, I found a large footprint-shaped stain on the bed sheet. Although it was washed, it was still faintly visible, which made me uncomfortable and reduced the sense of cleanliness. Because I was leaving, I did not tell the service staff.
