A good choice for 1 person having a layover. It was very clean and the shower was fantastic. If I were a person 6ft or over I don't think it would have been comfortable, but it was great for me.

The first night (beginning of trip) was good! Very convenient, good showers, nice staff. A week later I stayed before early morning flight and I was in a pod at the very end (furthest down the hall) and the airvent was blowing in air that smelled like sewage! Also lots of creaking everytime person in pod above me moved at all- not good sleep at all that time- But it is still super convenientnif you get in late or fly out early!!
