The hotel has a great location in the city. The bar has great staff and ambience…. We have the opportunity to listen a pianist. The carpet floor on the hallways and the bar was full of stains. Recomended to change it for hard wood floors instead. Overall good hotel.

My room was 2119, located on the first floor. The water from the shower would immediately stream into the rest of the bathroom, making the floor slippery and unsafe. I had to put towels on the floor to lessen the impact. My room had no window, no view. The rooms are not soundproof. So I could constantly hear hotel staff talking to each other in the hallway. In addition, my room was across from the gym. Therefore I would hear people working out and weights clanging at 5 am. The breakfast was hearty, and the wait staff attentive. There was no variety, however, in the food. I would not come back to this hotel.

Muy bien ubicado pero las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento, la cerradura no reconocía la tarjeta en repetidas ocasiones, se desactiva antes de la hora de checkout, la plancha no sirve, camas algo duras para el promedio.

Recently we stay at this hotel which was high rated but my experience was not good at all. fist the hotel key did it work, it work for the first time then we whent out but when we came back the key didnt work we call receptionist the handy man took hours to show up "because it was late", then we had a meet point at this hotel with two family members which they had to pay just to be with us while we was getting ready to head out to the tour city so we ended paying $1,200 pesos and they collect ID's from them and make them sing paper with their information becuase that is the hotel policy thats the first time i heard that. If you go to eat at restaurant they take for ever to bring your food waitress disappears if you need something you have to stand up and look for then. This is just our experience maybe we just had bad luck or who knows.

No me gustaron las habitaciones, el baño super pequeño, no tiene nevera en la habitacion, para traer hielo toca o pedir o ir hasta la planta baja para traerlo, en muchas ocasiones saliamos desde temprano y regresabamos en la noche y no habian arreglado nuestra habitacion, y tambien en muchas no nos cambiaban las toallas, movimos el sofacama y habia basura debajo, se notaba que nunca limpiaban ahi debajo. No me volveria a hospedar ahi, hau hoteles mas lindos con mejores precios.
