We had a great stay at the Four Seasons of Mexico. Charming hotel with great staff and most helpful concierge. Special thanks to the manager Emma Vicini who made our stay so pleasant with her attention to detail and constant follow up. We loved every minute and look forward to a future stay at this hotel.

I came here to celebrate my anniversary after years of staying here for business. The staff are incredible, the food outstanding and the courtyard a magical oasis. One of my favorite hotels in the world.

Exceeded every expectation! Beautiful property, kind, polite staff and impeccably clean. My room was comfortable, every need was met and the food was just perfect. Location was wonderful and staying as a guest here so close to Christmas was also very special with the decorations and temporary ice rink. I cannot wait to return to the FS Ciudad Mexico again soon. Wonderful stay. The only negative was that the upholstered chair in the room needed cleaning, and there was a large red stain on the rug. Otherwise it was lovely.

The courtyard with the beautiful flowering trees was so lovely!
I stayed on the third floor and each time coming out of the elevator there was a wonderful floral scent. Not sure from where the scent comes but added to the ambiance of hotel.
The girls working the Pan Dulce were delightful!

The hotel itself is the epitome of luxury - beautiful courtyard, fabulous pool. The staff is attentive and responsive to any requests. The concierge staff is knowledgeable, helpful, determined to answer any question and make sure you are satisfied with the results. We were delighted with the location and found it very convenient for everything we were doing.

I wanted to love this property so much. It looked so beautiful and it is a Four Seasons, after all. However, customer service at the front desk leaves much to desire. Even trying to confirm my reservation with the reservations department was close to impossible. My friend stayed at the St Regis and I only wish I had done the same. I will not be returning which is a shame as the property is beautiful and in a great location. Save yourself the hassle and choose another hotel in the area, there are many 5 star. Customer service in Mexico is renowned for being exceptional but this property has much work to do, specially at the high prices they are charging. Really, the rudest front end staff (not housekeeping - they were exceptional). It is the look and feel of a Four Seasons but some employees fall short (to say the least) of the standard.

The staff is very aggressive with check out, they start pushing since 11 pm. They also call 1am for their own mistakes in a tab.

This property is old and the service was so bad . They never replenished our glasses. They only gave one turn down service for only one bed but we had two beds. They never vacuumed our room. So disappointing not Four Seasons level and standard.

I booked the room for someone else (no complaints, so I assume everything was ok). By mistake, I booked in my own name on the day of check in, and could no longer change it through hotels.com, but the reservation department was flexible and they made no problem changed the name of the guest, as well as agreed to cancel a previous reservation by the credit card concierge service for the same person at no cost, where it was not possible to remotely pay for the stay.

Obviously a nice hotel with wonderful beds. Decent restaurants too. Love the L’Occitane amenities. Unfortunately, hotel front desk agents play games with when your room is ready and let others who arrive after you get their keys first—despite it being after check time. Make sure if they don’t have your room ready by 3:00 that they don’t try to hustle you off to the bar so they don’t have to worry about you seeing them prioritize other gas first. If that happens make sure you speak up and ask to speak to a manager. This hotel is way too expensive to not get five star treatment at every turn.

The Location and Staff is always great. The courtyard is wonderful and opening your window to it is very beautiful. The concierge app was super helpful. The housekeeping staff though kept forgetting to replace drinking water and coffee, and there is no creamer or substitute in the room.

The hotel is very conveniently located on the finest avenue in Mexico City, next to the Chapultepec Park, and at walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and many museums.
