I love fiesta inn! I been a loyal customer for almost 10 years! I Usually I go to visit my family 3 times a year and I stay there because it's very comfortable, restaurants, shopping and transportation are very accessible! The staff is very helpful and friendly, specially Mr. Arturo, he's always ready to assists you with your luggage! ❤️

The hotel has a convenient location if you plan to visit the south of Mexico City, it has the Plaza Grande Sur together so it is easy to access restaurants and entertainment. But the bedroom and bathroom are in poor condition and need renewal.

Well, even though I’m a member of Fiesta rewards the hotel did not provide the beds I reserved. The shower did not work, not even after the maintenance staff came to fix it and said “the shower has a trick”. Light switches broken (also reported to maintenance) and we have to ask repeatedly to front desk for bottles of water. Buffet food terribly bland. Overall I’d stay at Fiesta hotels but never again to this very one.

The hotel cancel my reservation and I had to go to another hotel. They said that I should have paid at the time of booking, but all of the other times that I stayed here, I always paid when I checked in. Sad.
