Transportation is available, not to mention the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. The facilities are ok, but they could be improved. I was very disappointed that the pool had not been working for a few days or weeks I believe, yet there was not a note about it. I chose the hotel because of the pool. Water could have been supply in the room.

I booked this hotel because it advertised a pool. Unfortunately the pool was not usable which was a great disappointment as we had hoped for a restful day at the pool before our very early departure the following morning. We did enjoy the food very much, and I especially complimented the waitress about the soup that evening which apparently was made by a young man called Josephat. The staff was courteous and polite. Our room was clean but the ironing board collapsed while I was using it. Needs repair or replacing. Also I found the shower floor a bit slippery so a bath mat would have been useful. Our stay was average.

We booked this after booking an apartment with a pool that had been broken for a long time but was still advertised as it had a pool. The pool at the fiesta inn was down too. Now I have a screaming toddler and out $400 with no pool still

Great place to stay the night before you fly out from the Benito Juarez airport. You can walk over to get something to eat. There are shuttles from the hotel to both terminals every half hour. Nice garden and pool.

There is a machine noise in the building next door that runs all night long, the door to the room to the back doesn’t close properly so the noise is constant and makes it difficult to sleep. The restaurant is also way over priced. The only good thing is that it is close to the airport

Be sure people know that the GATE 4, (Puerta 4) there is a Fiesta Inn Rep with a clip board, and a radio, and she can call for a Van to pick you up. We lost 1 hour waiting at Gate 8.

The transportation from and to the airport is a little tricky as we arrived after business hours and we had to call to confirm our pick up. Other than that, our driver was great. The hotel is not far from the airport, staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are a little dated but have everything you need for a good night sleep. Would definitely go back and recommend it.

The room was nice and clean. A little disppointed that the gym and pool said they were open till 11pm but when we arrived we were told 9pm. We had a few hours between our flights and wanted to use the gym fhe next day and of course it was closed for cleaning.

My flight from Mexico City was canceled as soon as my flight was canceled. I made a reservation got to the hotel, and they are unable to check us in even though I have a reservation number and my card was charged. Expedia did not send a confirmation to the hotel and we are stuck in the lobby. Bus loads of people are coming in for Cancel flights, and we will most likely stay without a room.

I liked the location to the airport & very nice, felt safe walking around during the day. Used the pool & gym. Great breakfast buffet & used the restaurant & bar. Very pleased , nice staff all around. Shuttle service was a nice addition to have the use to & from airport.
