When you go on vacation, you’re usually looking for one of two things: fun or relaxation. If you’re reading this, you’re in luck, because in our house you can enjoy both! With a perfect location, close to the best shops and entertainment spots in Condesa, our spacious and cozy home is equipped to accommodate up to 18 people in a safe and secure area. The Space: Discover the essence of comfort in our elegant eight-bedroom house located in the heart of the city. With eight spacious and cozy rooms, we guarantee maximum comfort during your stay. The carefully selected decor blends modern and classic styles, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Relax in the living room and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. This is the perfect retreat for those seeking both style and convenience in one place. Welcome to an urban oasis! Guest Access: The house is for the exclusive use of guests. You will have access to all areas: terrace, kitchen, laundry room, 8 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, an additional half bathroom, dining room, and a cozy living room. If you need a crib or high chair, please let us know a week before your arrival so we can provide it. Additionally, if you have any other requests, let us know so we can find the best option for you and the rest of the guests. The Neighborhood: Condesa is the best neighbourhood in Mexico City. You will find everything you need at a walking distance also it is safe to walk around. Getting Around: You will find metro and metrobus stations and ecobici (bike sharing) stations a few blocks away from the house. Other Things to Note: A comfortable space to accommodate up to 16 people. Ideal for groups of friends and large families. It features 8 cozy bedrooms with very comfortable beds, spaces to spend the afternoon or enjoy an evening, and a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay an extraordinary experience. \* Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced, nor can the dates be changed. \* In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend checking the weather forecast and packing clothing that best suits the climate. :) \* Mexico City has experienced water supply shortages in the area. The house is incredibly functional with comfortable rooms, great beds, excellent bathroom facilities, fast internet, and a functional kitchen. We also loved the neighborhood with dozens of restaurants and cafes nearby, please great parks and playgrounds nearby for the little ones. Andrea is an amazing communicator --- fast and effective. Her instructions were clear and timely. When minor issues arose, she addressed them with us immediatly. She truly is a SUPERHOST. We loved La Condesa and staying in the Designer House was great. ##### Charles W. Séjour de 6 nuits en janvier 2026 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Marina F. 3 janv. 2026 This house is lovely and in a lovely area. The person managing our stay was very responsive and lovely. However, there were a few problems with the house. The main problem is that is smelled like sewage. When we complained, they brought in new drain covers that we were supposed to put on and take off the shower drain to minimize the smell, it helped a little but certainly didn’t eliminate it, Further, I don’t think it’s our responsibility to take covers on and off drains to minimize the smell. They could just fix the plumbing. Finally, although we tried leaving the windows open to get rid of the smell, it was freezing, the house doesn’t have central heating so it was a miserable situation. We also had some problems with the front gate. We couldn’t reliably unlock it. Although that seemed to get better over our stay, we didn’t feel safe locking the gate and just didn’t use it, Finally, one of the faucets in the kitchen didn’t work. We didn’t discover that until the end when we washed the dishes so it didn’t bother us too much, but it was broken, All in all, great house in a great area. But a few problems that really hindered our enjoyment of the house. We asked for a 30% refund for the shell mainly. They texted on WhatsApp that they’d do the refund in exchange for a positive review. They then ghosted us. ##### Marina F. The house was in a nice area. It was as it was described and we were welcomed with a nice welcome basket. Thank you. I would definitely stay again. La Condesa is a great walkable neighborhood with many options for dining with great food. We had three couples and six kids split between the eight bedrooms with king size beds. Very comfortable and perfect for our group. The walk to Chapultepec from the house was only 15 minutes. The host was very helpful and responds quickly with any questions we had.
