We had a great time at this apartment-hotel. Great location, quiet yet central. Our room (42) was just fine and the breakfast had all we could want to eat. People working at the hotel, Helena, Isabel, Monserrat, and the chefs, Arthur and Raymond, were most accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners of this place for caring and doing a fine job.

I spoke Spanish, so no issues for understanding. They understand English however. Place is very clean, spacious (suite), nice furniture (modern). Great Cappuccino (machine, but super good). Close to the Embassies area (main reason for my travel). Hotel called my taxi for the airport. The driver signed at the desk before we left (this gave me a great sense of security). I would return back to this hotel in my next travel to Mexico City.

Nice hotel, well located and friendly staff. Ideal for long stay, since you have kitchen in the room and washing machines in the first floor. Only improvement would be to provide more information regarding the lack of parking on the property.

I have stayed at this location multiple times and have never had a problem. until now this trip went horrible rooms smelled like arm pits our luggage left outside the room in the hallway staff members entering the room as they please not being allowed to park on the hotels parking lot was never an issue until this one time they sent us down the street to another hotel and told us that we can use there for a fee this is just the beggening but ill end it here will never stay again........

This hotel was excellent. It is centrally located near attractions like Chapultepec and includes many comforting amenities. These amenities include: coffe or tea available 24 hours in the Lobby. Ample living/lounging area with separate t.v. viewing and bathroom areas. Kitchenette suplied with pots, pans, stove and oven. Enjoyable breakfast buffet with eggs, beans, meats, fruit, coffe, tea, and a variety of breads. The morning and daytime staff were especially friendly and helpful. The night staff was cordial. That withstanding, however, I would rate this hotel as a 10 out of 10. I would recommend it to others and definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and modern.
Great location and beautiful accommodations for a great price. Would’ve liked someone in staff to speak a little English as my Spanish is not the best but they were very accommodating.

Nice and kind hotel
The staffs are always all nice and kind. Most of them speak English well. The rooms are clean and new, and have enough spaces. One thing I have to say is that I felt cold in the night even though I turned AC on. But definitely I'd stay this hotel again!

WIFI connectivity
It is really nice hotel and excellent for price paid. The only thing I would comment is that WIFI is slow. It happens any hotel in Mexico but it would be perfect if they look at a better WIFI connectivity.

Great Hotel
This was a very nice hotel in a good location. Close to restaurants and just far enough away from the airport. The rooms are huge and very clean. Their rates are reasonable. The staff is wonderful.

We went to Mexico City for doctors apoiments ans we stayed at the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and it was perfect because we felt at home. Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to make oure stay comfortable. Full kitchen was a lot of help.

Great for families
We book the suite with 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room with is really convenience if you are travelling as a family. You can stay together in the common area and still have the privacy of the rooms. Really recommend it! Staff friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you!

Gem in a big city
I was initially worried about selecting an unknown hotel in a new big city. Not only was my reservation waiting for me, it was a pleasant surprise to find a clean, spacious room with very welcoming hotel staff. I was there for a week, it was very quiet. The good thing is that it is within walking distance of grocery stores, chain and local fare restaurants. I never felt unsafe.

Problems but decent
I had the worst experience, since I have to carry about 90lbs (40 kg) of tools and the elevator was out of service for the duration of my stay and was put at the top floor. I requested a lower level room, but still had to carry my tool bag up and down one flight of stairs every day. The breakfast had to be reheated in the microwave since the buffet warmers did not do their job (FOOD WAS COLD) Aside from that it was pretty good room and location
