Guest Access: If you plan on bringing a car, kindly inform us so we can allocate a parking spot for you. The gym is available for your use, but you must reserve a slot with the security team at the building reception. While we provide towels in the apartment, please bring your own for the gym. The Neighborhood: Condesa or La Condesa is an area south of the Zona Rosa and 3 miles west of the historic Zócalo, the city's main square. It is immediately west of Colonia Roma, together with which it is designated as a "Barrio Mágico Turístico" ("Magic Neighborhood for Tourists"). Together they are often referred to as Condesa–Roma, one of the most architecturally significant and bastion of the creative communities of the city. The neighborhood boasts some wide avenues lined with trees. It is mostly filled with restaurants, cafes, boutiques and art galleries. Getting Around: Uber is always the best way to get around Mexico City's busy streets. Another way to get around would be on the Metrobus that runs along Insurgentes Avenue as well as part of Reforma. Plumbed-in purified water, which meant we did not have to buy water or use plastic bottles2\. Washer/dryer3\. Fairly clean4\. Customer service rep texted w/me for 2 HOURS helping get TV to receive local channels. He was dedicated, persistent & much appreciated.Problems:1\. 2 bedroom unit w/no AC & only one fan. Had to call for additional fans, that couldn't come till next day. Sleepless first night.2\. Sliding glass doors facing east, which means the mornings could be as hot as 83 degrees. Blackout shades in both bedrooms helped, but none for the main living area--very uncomfortable.3\. Street noise crazy loud 24 hours a day, & dogs in another unit that barked the entire day & evening. This meant we couldn't comfortably cool off by opening sliding doors to cool evening air. We asked at the front desk if there were other complaints about barking. They said yes, but they could do nothing about it.4\. The kitchen had no sponge, dish towels, ice cube trays or ice maker.5\. QR instructions for appliances didn't even include our particular appliances, so they were useless. No written instructions6\. No white noise machine although one was shown in the QR codes.7\. Only one bathmat & one body wash for 2 showers; no washcloths.8\. We should not have had to contact customer service at all, but needed them 3 or 4 separate times.We really wish we'd stayed somewhere else, and won't repeat this mistake ##### Carol R.
