This centrally located house and garden is 3 flat blocks to the jardín (city center), 1 block up to Parque Juarez, Rosewood, & Matilda on Aldama, one of the most photographed streets in SMA. 1 king room & another with 2 twin beds. BRs face a spacious courtyard garden. Perfect for private events up to 80 people (event fee extra).  
  
Compare to the premium hotels nearby, and use the money you save staying here for outings to their beautiful restaurants and rooftops!

American host living in Mexico for 4 years, but a visitor much longer. Comfortably familiar with San Miguel.  
  
Staff is Spanish-speaking; host is English speaking, but knows enough Spanish to get by.  
Other things to note  
Please note that in centro there are many venues that hold events that cause noise. Plus there is always construction somewhere nearby. This means that sometimes the solitude of our garden courtyard is affected. You will see amazing fireworks as there is often a wedding party nearby! Plan a Saturday evening on the upper terrace to take full advantage of the spectacle. And free live concerts and DJ music from nearby rooftop venues. San Miguel’s centro is a happening place. We, of course, provide earplugs for a tranquil night’s sleep, and the town has noise ordinances to close all rooftops by midnight.
