Sounds reverberate from distant apartments. TVs can be heard far away. There is neither heating nor cooling in the apartment. The toilet only occasionally flushes. The shower doesn’t have a floor seal so the floor in front of the toilet gets soaked. The shower mat is a sponge, so once wet it stays wet. We left to another place after a couple of days into a planned 9 day stay. There are much better options in the Roma Norte area.
