"This is a really special hotel. It’s beautiful and the service is excellent. I stayed with my husband, three year old son, and my parents and everyone loved it. The pool is really lovely and peaceful, and the whole experience feels like a real respite from the exciting chaos of the city. "I enjoyed my 9 nights at the hotel. Unfortunately,the air conditioner leaked all the time and I had to put down towels to absorb the water since I nearly slipped and fell twice. A technician came several times and was unable to definitively fix the problem but I was never offered the possibility of changing rooms. I deal with the situation but feel they could have done a better job of fixing the situation on some way. "

"Overall, great hotel and we will stay at the Brick again. Staff were attentive and nice. Property was clean & rooms were well maintained. Two flags to watch out for: Lower level rooms (Superior Room is what we booked) do not have windows & are inward facing which is just brutal and the room description does not specify this. Our room rate included breakfast but they tried to serve us a continental breakfast which we pushed back on and got a full a la carte breakfast for our stay. "
