Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable and noise proof window.. slept in a quiet comfortable space! Breakfast was also delicious and coffee machine was amazing.. fresh coffee every time, at anytime. Definitely staying next time.

This was an extremely noisy property. We could hear the pipes inside the walls in the first room we got. (201) In the second room (315) we could hear everything from the guests above us. We had to call front desk to put a noise complaint at 3 am. Walls and ceilings are so thin that we heard the phone ring when front desk called those guests above us. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK, average. But if you are expecting a restful night sleep, I guess this is a hit or miss.

The WiFi on the fourth floor wasn’t working at all. I asked for a room away from outside noises and I was put in a room where outside club music was loud. Also other tenants were noisy on the fourth floor.

Loved that security is patrolling all day and night. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The only complaint I have is the toilet seat is terrible. It moves and the toilet paper is far away. The shower curtain could be a little longer too since the water was coming out. Otherwise, great place to stay. I'm definitely staying there next time

Rooms are small, but clean. Only complaint is that the beds are uncomfortable, making it hard to get some sleep. Otherwise, everything was great. Love having breakfast options onsite and not having to worry about finding a breakfast spot.

Good location, good service, clean and great breakfast! My only suggestion is in regards of noise. My room was the far end of third floor and I could hear many voices in the aisle and the elevator chime. But other than that, it was a good experience.

The mattress in my room was very uncomfortable. I also asked for a room away from street noise, that didn’t happen. Hotel needs a room remodel starting with the bedroom, pillows and mattresses.

The hotel was greq. There was a 30 minute waitfoe check in. But, it was due to the Festival del Sol.

City Express Mexicali was very clean pulling into the main entrance. Security was present and didn’t bother to greet or open doors. Walked in and was greeted by male receptionist who proceeded to check us in. They gave a brief explanation of the layout and what time was breakfast and check out time and we were on our way to our room in the second floor. Elevators were nice and clean and like the fact you have to use your card to unlock the elevator for it to move and go to the second floor. On exiting elevator hallways looked clean and proceeded to our room. Upon entering room we were surprised by cleanliness and it was very organized also room temperature was very good and mini split was working perfectly. Our all around experience was a 4 out of 5 only thing that was exasperating was showering and water trying to flow out of the shower towards the actual room. I’m assuming they know about this since they lay about 3 towels on the floor to try and keep the water inside the shower. But the towels fail miserably since they didn’t leave the shower tiles at a slight grade to keep the water from exiting. But all the way around it was a great hotel stay, staff was helpful and courteous to any needs and room was great to sleep in. Very quiet and clean also great variety of shows on their tv to keep you entertained. WiFi worked perfectly also with no lag or interruptions.

I also tell you that last week we had an improvement in our Wi-Fi system, we expanded the range and increased the bandwidth.
