The beds were comfortable. We did find the counter around the kitchen sink was dirty and there was tv tray next to the recliner there was a lot of crumbs and broken glass underneath. At least they had cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner to clean up the mess. I did not park in the garage because there was no garage door opener available, that would be a nice item. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, we were able to get around the area pretty easily. It was very clean and well stocked with most everything we needed. There were a couple things I would have like to have had including a cutting board and more bowls. There was a small charcoal grill with pre-lit charcoal provided which did leave a lighter fluid taste on our food after cooked. It would have been nice to to have had grilling utensils available. We did have 2 days where the water was turned off for a few hours due to a water main break, but it really did mot impact us. Rooms are dark for optimal sleeping and bedding, mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Prompt reply from owners with inquiries. I didn’t check out the gym/pool, so cannot speak to that. We had a dog with us and there is a pet area within a very short walking distance.
