One (1) King upstairs in the master suite. Downstairs is one (1) queen with adjoining door to the bathroom plus two (2) twins (one is XL). A sofa sleeper sleeps two (2) in the living room. Located close to Oasis Golf Course and beautiful views of the Virgin Mountains. Take morning/evening walks right out the front door for a view of the surrounding mesas or a quick drive to the grocery store. USB ports in all bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen with Keurig single cup & carafe coffee maker, George Foreman grill, and a soft water system with filtered tap water. Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay. Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill which has a huge play structure, swing set, and sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass. Mesquite is conveniently located on I-15 just 80 miles from Las Vegas and 36 miles from St. George, Utah. Zion National Park, Grand Canyon is within a couple hours drive and Valley of Fire State Park only 45 minutes.
