The king sized mattress is quite old and not comfortable. There is a memory foam topper that helps, but it doesn’t hide the fact that the mattress is worn out. One of the queen beds has also seen better days and has been well used. The bedspreads were older and one had holes in one corner where it looked like it had been melted. Also, this unit is not very well stocked. No tissues, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. The pool and hot tub area was nice, but it does not appear that the pool was heated as it was VERY cold. This unit was sufficient for our needs and was better than a hotel because of the extra room and it was clean. The condo itself was very clean!! We go to some air bnbs and they can be pretty….dirty. I was really impressed with the cleanliness! The kitchen had everything we needed as far as cooking/eating/utensils. Location had a great view from the balcony of gold courses and a park and located close to the pool.
