"The a/c was leaking onto this light fixture, the room was nice loved the balcony looking into the lush vegetation. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was another story, you couldn’t serve yourself (buffet style) the cereal etc side you could but not the fruits cheese or ham side. The only eggs served are scrambled. The hostess the first day was not very friendly but day 2 and 3 this younger much friendlier hostess took great care of us!! "

"The Canzi Hotel was an excellent location for the stunning Iguacu Water Falls, which were in 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel, the Itaipu Dam, and other interesting attractions nearby. The Hotel was very comfortable and the swimming pools and gardens were a wonderful treat after a long hot day of sightseeing.The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was just fabulous. "Hotel muito confortável, bom atendimento! Porém falta um carrinho para levar a bagagem até os quartos, item de baixo investimento para um hotel desse porte não ter, tive que carregar no braço junto com a minha família, todas as compras que fizemos de vinhos. Outro ponto importante, o café da manhã, os bolos e pães não são frescos, são bem massudos, mas pra mim o pior ponto é o fato de não ter o carrinho."
