In a quiet vacation home settlement with a view of the Hennesee, 300 meters away from the lido, the house is located in the middle of the Sauerland. The vacation home and the outdoor areas were completely renovated, refurnished and redesigned in 2024. There is a parking space with a chargeable wallbox in the driveway, billed via a calibrated MID meter. The garden house features an infrared sauna, where you can relax and enjoy the view of Lake Henne through the garden. Equipment: The modern living room with smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows invites you to linger in comfort. Through the living room you enter the open kitchen with a cozy bench for up to 4 people. The living area has underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, airfryer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, as well as sufficient crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils. One bedroom with large double bed, Smart TV and view of the lake. A children's room with 2 single beds and a loft bed 1.20 x 2.00 m. One bathroom with barrier-free walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, washbasin with vanity unit, towel radiator, underfloor heating. The newly landscaped garden with partially covered, large terrace is completely fenced and has a large garden table with 4 chairs, a lounge group, a beach chair and sunshades. Kayaks and stand-up boards can be hired on the Hennesee. Sailors have the option of renting guest moorings at a reasonable price. The Winterberg ski lift carousel is 30 km away. Besonders die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen: Von Herd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle bis hin zur Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und einer praktischen Heißluftfritteuse war alles vorhanden, was man sich vorstellen kann.Der Garten war ebenfalls ein Highlight: sehr gepflegt und ansprechend beleuchtet, mit einem schönen Gartenhaus, in dem sich eine neuwertige Sauna befand. Aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen haben wir die Sauna zwar nicht genutzt, fanden sie aber als zusätzliche Annehmlichkeit großartig.In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt der idyllische Hennesee mit einer schönen Badebucht. Die Liegeflächen sind auf mehreren terrassenartigen Ebenen angelegt und bestehen aus Gras, was den Badetag sehr angenehm machte. Trotz des schönen, warmen Wetters und vielen Badegästen war es nicht überfüllt oder gedrängt – das fanden wir sehr angenehm.Die Umgebung lädt außerdem zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Besonders angenehm war, dass das Haus und der Garten trotz der Lage in einer Ferienhaussiedlung gut vor Einblicken von Nachbarn geschützt sind, was die Privatsphäre sehr erhöht hat.Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüßt sowie das Haus gezeigt, was den Aufenthalt noch sympathischer gemacht hat.Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf einen möglichen nächsten Besuch! ##### Arne B.
