"Clean, quiet room and beautiful location"

"This was a more than above average motel that was convenient to Mesa Verde. The property and room renovation is well done. The space felt clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast seemed fresher with a few extra touches than the typical, such as the bagel assortment and bananas, which always seem run out early elsewhere. Overall I’d stay here before a chain hotel. We were on a timeline but would have enjoyed more time to explore the sites in the area. "

"Large comfortable rooms and very quiet. Lovely grounds with large decks for outside entertaining. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Great location and very reasonably priced. Nice breakfast area withe good food options."

"The view and the quietness was great. The only negative wwas the door seal wasn't real good and with the wind blowing it caused a fairly loud whistling sound in the room."
