"Unbelievable place and amazing staff excellent all around experience "

"The female who checked us in tried to offer us a basic room and only after much objection did we get something similar to what we paid for and booked so we were not happy but accepted as we didnt want to spoil our holiday. This female continued to be a problem so we blocked her, everyone else in the hotel were wonderful from the General Manager down to the Cleaning team. Sadly lots of the facilities were closed as they were not set up for the season and nothing is a walk away. We did have pretty decent breakfasts each day and Eri in the restaurant is very helpful but we were the only guests for dinner when we booked and the Sky was not always open The location is lovely and the views incredible. The General Manager needs a special mention, he's a real asset and always with a smile."

"Our stay at Elements of Caldera was absolutely exceptional. The moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and given a short tour of our room, the bar, and breakfast area. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine which is a nice touch. Our suite was spotless as well as beautifully designed. The bed was comfortable and the pool overlooking the Aegean was breathtaking. Breakfast each morning was very fresh, personalized, and plentiful. The view from the breakfast terrace is amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful making suggestions if needed. For this property and location you do need to rent a car, which we did. There is parking available at the property. We would most definitely stay here again!"

"Emi and her family were outstanding owners and service oriented The rooms were very clean and had all the basics you needed. Drinking water was not provided daily, and it is a high value item on the island. The included breakfast was outstanding and far beyond just continental. For a price, they did a great job of arranging transportation anytime it was needed. "
