We had a great stay. The room was clean but the kitchen area needed a bit of improvement. The cupboards were really showing their age. The beds were great, the pool area was sufficient and the staff were all pleasant. We would return to stay in the future.
The hotel staff made a very big effort in working with my schedule of events. When I told them that I needed to check in early, for the reason I would not be back until 1 am. Knowing that the front office would be close, the hotel staff made sure that I was provided with a room and key to come back to. I had made the proper advance reservations, but needed the staffs cooperation, which they did. I will make all efforts possible to stay where we did. Ryan and staff work with their customers. Great job. Thanks for making our stay in Phoenix a good experience.
We were very pleased with our stay. Our first night in town we actually stayed at a different hotel and left first thing in the morning, it was horrendous! I wish we could have stayed here both nights and not wasted one at the previous. We will stay here from now on when visiting family.
Friendly, clean, secure, fun, great location. All of these things are true about this hotel. My only suggestion....a document shredder near the lobby would be nice. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely go back.
The STAFF is Excellent! Check In and Check Out went smooth. A minor physical problem with the room (the door lock wasn't working) and the maintenance man jumped right on it and proceeded until perfect, not just adequate. He explained what happen while I watched and was himself very pleasant and professional; he lives on the grounds/his wife works in the front office.

For a cheap hotel overall it was okay but very disappointed in finding a dead Coackroach in the bathroom. I guess dead was better than alive. The bed was comfortable. Complementary breakfast was nice. Pool looked inviting. Quite. Friendly staff.
