The carpets in the hallways need replaced, the elevator needs cleaned and deodorized, the air conditioners needs replaced. The staff was helpful and nice. The staff was replacing some furniture early in the mornings.
so after reading some past reviews i was a little worried. upon check in i did not receive adjoining rooms like i asked but they did move me as close as possible to accomodate that. the staff was friendly and responded for more shampoo and soap and towels for us. this place was not in disrepair at all. we were right by the pool which had a nice barbeque grill. not a rowdy place at all. these places are like little apartments. full kitchen! it was great and it was clean! i think this places reputation will start to spread and the prices will go up! but for now it is well worth the price! i would definetly stay again. oh and there were bunnies and quail all over the place. loved it! nice little patio and yard private yard area where we stayed. dont let some of these past reviews persuade you not to try this place. i hope this review helps you decide to try them!
Motel room was nice if a bit outdated. Bathroom spacious and clean. Just old looking. Bed fine yet very simple. Sofa bed looked newer nice. Fridge and microwave adequate.
Ice machine placed in what looks like an old carport. Filthy grease marks on cement and a layer of dirt on it. If the ice machine is sitting outside in az sits and barely shaded, how clean can the ice be?
Breakfast not up to date. No fruit or yogurt/granola or anything healthy. Watered down juices and weak coffee. Sweet n low only sweetener other than sugar and 'non-dairy creamer'. Get with it! Waffle iron filthy and out 2 of 3 days. No one kept up the area and tables all dirty. Biscuits & gravy okay but full flavor. Tater tots not cooked crispy. But there were 2 types of Raisin Bran to choose from. Seriously, just sloppy.
Invest a few dollars cleaning and improving and you could charge an extra $20/night or more.
I have stayed here before; size of rooms is good but should include a microwave to go with fridge. Housekeeping erratic; I leave a tip each day and one day cleaning was above average, one day tub not cleaned and cursory cleaning elsewhere. The prices of the Marketplace food is exorbitant for the less than restaurant quality; even an employee said he would price it lower. Staff friendly for the most part.
Upon arrival, the hotel staff had to meet me at my room to remove an air filter which had a minty smell to the room. At first I was pleased, than a few days passed by and the smell of the room was a pungent urine smell. I didn't mind so much until one of the former tenets had let me know that the toilet exploded when he was staying in that room. Which once I figured it out, I don't even think they replaced the carpet after it happened. The sliding door to the closet was also a broken mirror. I even managed to step on a bit of a broken glass. This was room 251 in the third building. Although the bed was perfect, and the fridge was essential on my trip. The quality of the people working there was incredibly helpful and sincere.

Baseball spring training takes place at Hohokam Stadium, a famed Cactus League venue. The Mesa Arts Center hosts performing and visuals arts, while the Arizona Museum of Natural History displays a large dinosaur fossil collection.
